Performance Development
We believe our Performance Development framework helps us succeed as a business and as individuals. How does it work?
- Each year you will set your individual objectives and your personal development plan
- You will get regular feedback on your performance.
- Your performance will be reviewed at the mid year and end of year against objectives and capabilities
Learning Programme
We offer a range of learning opportunities including sponsorship for Professional Qualifications and continues Professional development. We have created a bespoke in house Learning Programme accessible to everyone via the company's intranet. This is regularly updated to reflect the needs identified in the Personal Development Plans and the capabilities the business needs to be successful.
