Below are the proxy vote results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of SEGRO plc held today, 26 July 2007. Of the total proxy votes cast for 99.48 per cent were in favour of resolution 1 and 97.06 per cent were in favour of resolution 2.

Following today's successful Extraordinary General Meeting vote SEGRO expects to complete the transaction by the end of August 2007 and that the payment of the Special Dividend will be made as soon as practicable after completion.
