At the heart of the property is a 2,230 sq m (24,000 sq ft) facility for the repair and maintenance of flight systems equipment including flight management computers and digital auto-pilots.
The extensive fitting out works included the provision of elaborate air conditioning systems, a wide range of electrical power supplies and comprehensive alarm protection systems. The design allows for a 930 sq m (10,000 sq ft) expansion capability.
